FlickerLab, with Ka-Plunk Productions, completed its second pilot for Cartoon Network, "The Finkel Files," written and directed by Adam Mutterperl. The 12-minute pilot details the travails of Joshua, a would-be rock star stuck at a rabbinical school for boys.
