Our animation is playing at the Smithsonian!

We are thrilled that Pow!, the lovely short film we animated for the talented and wonderful Joey Clift, will be playing at the Smithsonian Museum! We’re so proud of our the film, which mirrors Joey’s own experience growing, as it follows a young Native kid trying to find a power connection for his gameboy at an intertribal celebration, but ending finding a connection to his culture. It’s funny, sweet and surprisingly moving, and it’s at the Smithsonian! You can stream for free all month, or see it in person at 11 am and 1 pm daily at One Bowling Green, New York, NY, or 4th St. & Independence Ave., SW, Washington, D.C.

The film has had a wonderful journey already, traveling to festivals all over the world, winning 16 awards (so far!), plus getting nominated for an Emmy. And we’re sure it will keep on its journey for years to come. Just like we’ll keep working with Joey for years to come, every chance we get!
